Energy!

Now lets get some Energy. Energy is power that changes things. For example, when I get hungery my energy goes way down. Without energy I can not talk, think or nothing. So when I get food in my system , I come alive again because the food gives me power and creates energy in me. It makes my mood change towards poeple. My parents always make fun of me when this happen's, but hey it's how I gain my energy back.


This is my favorite food and O my God doesn't that look good.

Work it out!

Now in order to provide work you need force and distance . The equation for this is Force x Distance= Work. For example when I was younger ,my little sister and I had this pink Barbie Jeep and it stop working. So, when we wanted to play with it one of us had to put force on jeep and we also needed enough distance to run. The more force and the more distance we had, the more work that had to be done . See how that works? inside joke haha very funny.

I got the Power!

First I want to talk about Power, what comes first to your mind when you think about power?Yeah your probably thinking strong, light, a boost but do you know how power is made? Well here's a equation that explains it's self about power, Work/Time=Power. For example my dad use to left weight's when I was little and the more weights he did, it was divided by the time and he would equal to more and more power.Understandable right.
